New Appointment In Independent Media
Ekaterina Kabakchi was appointed the general director of OOO Fashion Press, one of the divisions of Independent Media Sanoma Magazines. She will combine this new position with her previous work as editor of the Cosmopolitan group of magazines.
Ekaterina graduated from Moscow State Linguistic University. She started her career in Independent Media began in 1999 as marketing manager at Cosmopolitan magazine. In 2002, Ekaterina was appointed the editor of regional Cosmopolitan supplements and in 2004 she became the editor of the magazine itself. In 2006, she started heading all Cosmo brands as the editor.
