British Films form Esquire
The magazine Esquire is the information sponsor of the 8th annual New British Films festival, which will take place in Moscow on October 4-10. The films will be shown in the 35 mm theater.
Almost all genres will be represented at this cultural event, from comedies and psychological thrillers to documentary drama.
This year Esquire is presenting the film Vera Drake (2004), shot by Michael Leigh, a classical scholar of the British cinema. The film received three Oscar nominations and has won many prestigious awards, including one at the Venetian Festival-2004.
