Domashny Ochag Conducted Culinary Master Class

Domashny Ochag magazine took part in the Craft Formula – Moscow – Spring 2014 exhibition where it held a culinary master class for event participants.

On Shrovetide Saturday, Domashny Ochag experts Maria Ostrovskaya and Yulia Khomyakova taught guests how to make airy pancakes stuffed with salmon, cheese and greens and how to cook generous cheesecakes topped with ground nuts and fresh berries. For dessert, they whipped up delicious hot chocolate with marshmallows.

Exhibition guests tried their hands as assistant chefs, learned recipes and picked up useful tips from expert cooks and could purchase cookbooks and the latest issues of Domashny Ochag and Vkusno i Polezno magazines at a branded booth.
