The Moscow Times Presented “Create Yourself” Album
On November 28 at the Marriott Royal Aurora Hotel, a presentation was held of the “Create Yourself” album and a charitable lottery was conducted to help children with disabilities. All money received from the sale of lottery tickets will be donated to foster care centers, humanitarian programs and the Anita Boden Foundation - Caring for Children.
The first thing attendees saw at the meeting was a sea of balloons and a real merry-go-round like the ones from our childhood. Guests met Mary Poppins and Mister A from the Krasnaya Ploschad (Red Square) holiday factory.
The “Create Yourself” project creators wish to express their sincere gratitude to the co-organizers of the reception at the Marriott Royal Aurora Hotel, as well as to the project’s general partner, the VTB Capital company. Thanks to the partners for this event - Maxxium company (Courvoisier cognac), the Del Rio company (exclusive distributor of Cuban coffee and the official distributor of Habanos S.A. cigars), Evian mineral water, the “7 Colors” chain of Thai spas and the Grand Cru wine collection - the Moscow Times was able invite its guests to a charitable reception in order to help needy children.
The “Create Yourself” program provided 2 million rubles ($71,000) in aid to the following organizations: Downside Up, Kachestvo Zhizn (Quality Life), SBOR (Collection), Detsky Derevni (Children’s Villages) - SOS, Regional Society of Disabled People’s “Center for Humanitarian Programs,” the Anita Boden Foundation - Caring for Children.
The organizers feel the time and energy they spent on the project was worthwhile. After all, the most important thing is to help concrete individuals. They accomplished that goal, and they will definitely be able to do even more in the future.
