Men’s Health PRO-Motion Campaign in Your City

The six-month "Men's Health PRO-Motion Campaign in Your City" began on July 14. Readers and fans of the magazine have until November 30, 2009 to create and organize an event in honor of Men's Health in their cities. All participants have the chance to win the grand prize - a new Toyota RAV4.

Events of any format are acceptable for the contest: flash mobs, creative promotional campaigns and so on. Highly original large-scale events are especially encouraged. The event must be photographed or videotaped and sent to the project's e-mail address pro@mhealth.ru or posted on its web site at www.pro.mhealth.ru. Only Russian citizens at least 18 years old are eligible to participate in the contest.

The "Men's Health PRO-Motion Campaign in Your City" will be conducted on a national scale. Every region of Russia where Men's Health is sold will participate in the contest. Additional advertising campaigns will accompany the project in the major cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar and Samara.

Starting simultaneously with the project will be an advertising campaign, a new blog dedicated to the contest at www.pro.mhealth.ru, ads posted on the pages of Men's Health, TimeOut, National Geographic, Popular Mechanics, on the Internet and on radio stations DFM and Maximum.

All video clips and materials submitted for the "Men's Health PRO-Motion Campaign in Your City" will be posted with open access on the web site www.pro.mhealth.ru. From November 30 to December 15, readers will be able to vote for the best masterpiece of promotional folk art glorifying their favorite magazine. The names of the winners chosen by the Men's Health editorial board and by visitors to the www.mhealth.ru site will be announced in the February issue of the magazine.
