The Moscow Times: Now in Color
The first color issue of The Moscow Times has been released. In support of this landmark event in the newspaper’s 17-year history, an advertising campaign is being conducted on the Internet (, , ) and in print publications (The Moscow Times and Vedomosti as well as in color inserts to The Moscow Times).
The slogan for the ad campaign is “Full color. Full news.” The central images of the campaign are a mosaic of pictures that are close to the heart of every Moscow resident – symbols of our city composed of images taken from the newspaper’s archives compiled over many years. A photo exhibition will serve as a unique continuation of the campaign. The best journalistic photographs taken by The Moscow Times photographers Igor Tabakov and Vladimir Filonov will be on display in April at the Coffee Mania café on Ulitsa Bolshaya Nikitskaya.
