On April 21, Harvard Business Review – Russia and the Accenture company held the ninth in a series of business breakfasts dedicated to “anti-crisis solutions and technologies.”
The meeting brought together the general and financial directors of the largest oil and gas companies in Russia, including Rosneft, Sistema, TNK-BP, Gazpromneft, Tatneft, Gazprom, Dietsmann Group, Baker Hughes, Shlumberger and others.
The theme of the breakfast discussion was “Risk management in the oil and gas industry.” Harvard Business Review editor-in-chief Dmitry Falaleyev and Accenture company analysts joined meeting participants in discussing global challenges facing the industry and studied examples of how various companies had implemented risk management systems.
