The Moscow Times newspaper has released a new edition of the "Russia – The Netherlands" supplement. The supplement, produced annually for the last 10 years, is devoted to economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries and is published in partnership with the Dutch Embassy.
The release of the 2011 issue coincides with a visit by Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, who will be accompanied by a delegation of government ministers and a large group of businesspeople. They will visit Moscow and St. Petersburg from Oct. 19 to 21. This year, the supplement discusses cooperation between Russia and the Netherlands in stadium and greenhouse construction and the use of renewable energy. The supplement also includes an interview with Dutch novelist Pieter Waterdrinker, who lives in Russia, and an excerpt from his latest book, “The Death of Mila Burger.”
The publication will be distributed in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
