The October issue of Vkusno i Polezno magazine looks at autumn in the city. Summer finished long ago, everyone has returned from their vacation or travels and the holiday season has ended. Autumn is the time for get-togethers with friends and partying in pleasant company. Vkusno i Polezno recommends the following dishes: baked ham, sparkling punch, a simple appetizer and salads based on recipes in the magazine. And, of course, traditional dishes from cabbage, including cabbage schnitzel, classic sauerkraut and also Shchi — traditional Russian cabbage soup.
