Cosmopolitan Psychology: Complete One-Day Career Guide

With support from Best FM radio and Alpina Publishing, Cosmopolitan Psychology magazine conducted the Careerists’ Diary workshop during which top professionals worked with participants for eight hours as they went through the modern rules of building a successful career.

Superjob.ru portal specialists shared the secrets of performing well at job interviews and how to manage personnel. They also discussed freelancing and how to avoid becoming a workaholic. Business coach Nikita Nepryakhin taught women how to ask their bosses for a raise and a promotion.

Businessman Alexander Lushin explained how he left the major Gazprom corporation and launched a small but successful startup selling the unusual Demeter perfumes. Dmitry Kibkalo, founder of the Mosigra chain of  board game stores shared how he built up his business and Russian designer Dasha Gauzer inspired participants with her own success story.

The workshop was held in the exhibition hall of the Artplay Design Center. The PrimeStar health food cafe treated the guests to wholesome refreshments.
