National Geographic Russia Exhibition in St. Petersburg

National Geographic Russia magazine invites the public to a photo exhibition by famed wildlife photographer Andrei Gudkov at the Loft Project Etazhi cultural center in St. Petersburg through February 27.

The exhibition features works by National Geographic Russia regular contributor Andrei Gudkov who captured stunning images in Madagascar, the Galapagos Islands, India, Kenya and many other parts of the world. “Our Neighbors on the Planet” contains touching and breathtaking images of a variety of wild animals. Surprise and fear, tenderness and care, love and indifference, confusion and anger – these unmistakably genuine emotions on the faces of the animals will leave no heart unmoved.

This exhibition is a reminder that the planet’s wildlife is now more vulnerable than ever. In the very near future, many animal species are at risk of disappearing forever from the face of the earth. We still have a chance to see animals in their natural habitat and save those at risk of extinction.

Loft Project Etazhi is located at 74 Ligovsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg. The exhibition is open from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m daily. Admission is 250 rubles for adults, 150 rubles for students, 100 rubles for senior citizens and free for children below 11 years old.
