National Geographic Russia in May

In the May issue of National Geographic Russia magazine:

Geniuses: What distinguishes a genius from someone who is simply talented? How do geniuses think? Is it possible to create conditions in which genius will manifest itself? Today, scientists in various disciplines are looking for – and finding – answers to these questions.

Sea Angels: Little is known about sea angels, or cliones, and it is a rare bit of good fortune to encounter them while diving. Russian photographers got amazingly lucky recently – in the Sea of Okhotsk near Sakhalin, they became perhaps the first people to observe cliones mating.

Akhenaten: Unfairly forgotten by his descendants, King Akhenaten was the first Egyptian reformer whose ideas were far ahead of his time – he managed to change notions of religion, art, and politics.
