Orange Magazine Celebrated 3 Years

On March 24, Orange magazine, a joint venture of the Custom Publishing Department of Independent Media Sanoma Magazines and some of largest producers of consumer products - Nestle, Unilever, Gillette, Colgate-Palmolive and Wigley - celebrated its 3-year anniversary.

The magazine targets 18-25-year-old women and is distributed free at branded newsstands in the best sales networks of the 17 largest Russian cities. The handy A5-format, a variety of editorial materials and colorful design have made the magazine very popular among readers. According to results of a survey conducted in October 2005, the audience of one copy is about 4 people.

During the magazine's lifetime its annual circulation has almost doubled and by the end of 2006 will reach 4,700,000 copies, while the audience of one issue will reach 4 million people. The number of cities where the magazine is distributed has grown seven-fold: by the end of 2006 the magazine will be presented in the best supermarkets of Russia's 20 largest cities, from Krasnodar to Vladivostok.
