New Appointments

Lubov Babicheva has been appointed as Distribution Director. She will replace Tatiana Shalygina who will devote all her energy as publisher of the new weekly "Gloria". "Gloria" will be launched shortly in Samara.

Lubov Babicheva was born in Moscow, has graduated from the Moscow teachers' training college. Started working for Independent Media in 2001 as assistant of Subscription Department. Married, has a daughter.
