For Successful Experience on Russian Media Market
Derk Sauer, Independent Media CEO, is among the RUS Prix 2005 nominees. The main aim of RUS Prix Award is to encouragement Dutch companies, public organizations and figures of culture and art, that achieved the highest results in development of business and cultural relations with the Russian Federation.
RUS Prix Award's promoters: Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation; Trade Representation of Russian Federation in The Netherlands; International Trade & Investment Agency (INTRINA); Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs; and Union of Journalists of Russia.
The annual ceremony of awarding RUS Prix will take place in the Embassy of Russian Federation in The Netherlands on June 10, and coincides with Independence Day of Russia. Dutch and Russian public and state figures are supposed to attend the RUS Prix awards ceremony.
Derk Sauer was named the most "Successful Dutch entrepreneur in Russia," and will receive the award for successful experience on the Russian media market.
The other RUS Prix 2005 nominees are Mr. L. J. Brinkhorst, Ministry of Economy; Mr. J.H. Schraven, President of Vereniging VNO NCW; Mr. K. van Twist, Director of Groninger museum; CAMPINA; ING Group; and The Friesian Agro Consultancy B.V.
