FHM's Sexiest Girl in the World
Every June, FHM comes out with a special supplement titled "The 100 Sexiest Girls in the World." The winners are defined by the readers themselves. This year the poll was supported by Mail.ru, Russia's biggest mail server.
Russian readers voted for Angelina Jolie as the sexiest girl on the planet. The June cover of FHM and billboards announcing the release of the famous supplement features her photo as the winner of the poll.
The issue is being supported by a widescale advertising campaign on radio and TV. 200 billboards have been placed in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Yekaterinburg, and Samara.
In addition, FHM is organizing parties in Novosibirsk (May 25), Yekaterinburg (June 3), Samara (June 10), St. Petersburg (June 18), and Sochi (June 25). Popular DJs Monica Electronica from Holland and Mark Knight from Great Britain will perform at all the parties. The tour is supported by Ke-Co.
FHM has also improved the distribution of magazines in regions to make them more accessible for readers during and after the events. Every buyer of a glossy magazine in these cities will receive a fly-sheet containing information on FHM parties.
