Robb Report: in vino veritas!
Igor Shein, Robb Report Russia editor-in-chief, has ranked among the winners of the contest for the best author’s label announced by the wine company Simple and legendary wine houses Marchesi de Frescobaldi and Castello Banfi.
Frescobaldi, one of the most influential Tuscan houses with a 700-year history, purveys wine for the British court. As for Castello Banfi wines, they never leave the famous Wine Spectator magazine’s top 100.
The best labels for Friscobaldi were drawn by Tatyana Kurbatskaya (Mario restaurant), Arkady Novikov (restaurateur), Stepan Mikhalkov (Vertinsky restaurant) and Andrei Zaitsev; for Castello Banfi – by Igor Shein (Robb Report Russia), Andrei Vassiliev (Kommersant) and Azamat Tseboev (Menu Udovolstviy).
All winners received 30 bottles of the famous wine with their own labels – the sort of present to dream of!
