Charitable Project Books As a Gift
Publishing house Independent Media supports Books As a Gift, a project run by the fund Illustrated Books for Blind Children.
The fund publishes and distributes more than 5,000 sets of books yearly for children with poor eyesight. All the books are printed according to the peculiarities of the perception of blind children, in large letters and with large pictures, in bright and contrasting colors.
Independent Media routinely participates in Books As a Gift. This year IM has paid for subscription for dozens of book sets for Tomsk regional library for people with poor eyesight.
