Cosmopolitan Record Circulation
On February 17, the March issue of Cosmopolitan will come out with a record circulation 1,000,000 copies - the biggest in Russia and Europe. The record has been registered and entered in the Russia's Book of Records which is a part of the world Guinness Book of Records.
This is already Cosmopolitan's second record. The first was registered in March, 2004 when the magazine's circulation reached 610 000 copies.
To support the issue a wide-scale advertising campaign is being held on TV, radio, Internet, outdoor media, and at sales points. The magazine is being actively promoted in such large cities as Moscow, St.Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Rostov-na-Donu, Samara, Kazan, Chelyabinsk, Krasnoyarsk and Khabarovsk.
