The Moscow Times presents the Fine Dining Guide



The MoscowTimes presents a new project - The Moscow Times Fine Dining Guide - featuring reviews of 40 of the best restaurants in Moscow, which will appear at the end of July 2004.

The book is designed for readers with the most refined taste and conceived with the goal of simplifying the search for the ideal restaurant among the capital's gastronomic diversity.

Restaurants appearing in the collection were chosen following a rigorous selection process based on the high standards of cuisine, service, atmosphere and managerial reputation. You can read all 192 pages from beginning to end like a novel, or leaf through, looking for information on specific restaurants. In addition to the reviews by The Moscow Times dining critics, the book contains texts by the city's finest chefs.

Besides the main contents, there is a special index on 13 different thematic categories and biographies on the chefs from each of the restaurants.

The Fine Dining Guide is published in a convenient pocket-size format, with texts in both English and Russian. The edition's circulation is 10,000 copies.

The book is published with the support of Raiffeisen Bank Austria. 24 of the featured restaurants are offering Raiffeisen Bank card holders significant discounts or free desserts.
