Healthy ideas magazine is turning 1 year old!

Formula Zdorov'ya will be celebrating its first anniversary this December. A year ago, Independent Media launched a new project about healthy lifestyles and beauty. In a relatively short period, the magazine acquired a lot of devoted admirers, who discovered their own Formula of Health (Russian for Formula Zdorov'ya). The health magazine discusses serious issues using comprehensive language and touches upon serious topics in the area of medicine, nutrition, beauty and fitness. Our publication helps answer various questions for anybody who cares about his or her health and the well-being of relatives.

But we show our readers that we are trying harder: we surprised them with our revamped edition, which was prepared as a New Year gift from Independent Media. The design of the December issue was a total revolution - from now on our magazine will have a more colorful and modern look and become more reader-friendly. The number of pages has been increased to 100. The new glossy cover will contain a fifth color and a new logo. We have modified the content for your satisfaction by adding new columns dedicated to various topics: children - Flowers of Life, psychology - The Soul, education - Body and a permanent column for readers Upgrade. Formula Zdorov'ya became more science oriented and informational.

However, the external changes did not affect its personal brand style - our stories will always remain lively and optimistic. One of the Moscow clubs hosted a presentation of Formula Zdorov'ya dedicated to the new events in the life of the magazine - its first anniversary and new design. All large companies - our major advertisers - were invited to attend this event.
