The Mondadori Group publisher that represents the Grazia brand in Russia has signed a licensing agreement for the U.S. release of Grazia. An innovative business model will be used for the U.S. market: the global multi-channel platform with digital, video and social content will be augmented with a quarterly print publication.
The Mondadori Group launched Grazia magazine in Russia in 2007 as part of the Independent Media holding company. It has since become a multi-platform brand with highly developed digital content.
