Independent Media announces a personnel change to the Rules of Life team: Ksenia Khabibulina was named chief editor of pravilamag.ru, the brand’s website.
Ms. Khabibulina was previously employed by Baza, taught at the Higher School of Economics, and worked as a special correspondent and writer for a range of media outlets. She will focus on developing digital projects for The Rules of Life.
